PLEASE HELP: Mum's ovary concerned?
My mum had loose bowels so she went to the doctors then a specialist they have found something (using a camera up your hole don't know what hole) but I know its her ovaries , the specialist says they don't know whether it is cancer or not, she should get her results next week. But I worried to death about losing my mother, her and I have an extremely strong relationship and love I can't imagine life without her (dieing young, not of old age) I am crying as I type this. She has been told she has 'normal blood or normal blood count" I can't remember.
I am expecting the worse her to die as I never build up my hopes on anything. I'm a realist.
What advise/info can you give me at the current moment in time? Many thanks..

apparently it has not spread as of last appointment few days ago (they don't know whether its cancer yet, get results next week hopefully like I said).
If your mother had an examination with a scope then it was up her rectum. Often times they find polyps. Protrusion sticking out of the intestinal wall. On inspection, the polyps might have suspicious us cell so they do a biopsy. This doesn't mean that it is cancer. You will have to wait to the biopsy comes back. As far as the Ovary. If an cyst is found there then the first thing they would is an ultrasound to determine the size. Again, a needle biopsy would be done to determine if it was cancer.
