what film camera/camera do the lenses prakticar 1.1.8 f=50mm and prakticar 1.2.8 f=28mm fit>?
I was in my local charity shop when i noticed the two lenses: prakticar 1.1.8 f=50mm and prakticar 1.2.8 f=28mm, foolishly thinking that because they said prakticar they would fit my praktica nova II film camera. Unfortunately they don't, and now i would quite like to get the camera they come from.
If anyone knows a film camera that would fit these lenses, or have a rough idea i would be really grateful. Thanks x
The data you have given pertain to the design/construction of the lenses themselves. The 50mm is a "normal" camera lens, good for msot of the photos you would want to take and the 28mm is a wide-angle lens. What you need to determine, somehow (maybe by visiting a camera shop) is the form of "mount" they are, since a given brand-name manufacturer can (and often will) provide lenses with either a "screw" mount or a "bayonet" (i.e., push it in and give it a slight twist to lock it in place) type mount. Thy may also be able to get you an adapter to let the lenses fit your existing camera.
